Hmmmmm, I really have to bite my tongue here. Without getting too pro-black pro-feminist, any party that would normally have booty dancing(!!) and free fried chicken(!!!!!) wouldn't normally be my kinda thing, but this party from Styleslut looks set to liven up my Sunday with an appearance from Baltimore native rapper/dancer Rye Rye. She's got a tune out on Domino records called Hardcore Girls with my good friend Sinden, and I love her track Shakin It to the Ground. Above all, I like her energy. Truth is I LOVE dancing, I dance all night when I'm on a vibe and I love watching people dance, especially American girls who go for it tuffstyle! (Nod to Santogolds amazing backing dancers). THRIFT STORE
Because I'm lazy, I've only just unpacked from LA/MEX/NY and I bought so much stuff i forgot about some of it!!! This is probably one of the best things I bought in LA. Its a suede, leopard print bustier. Errrr HELLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!?!? Soooo amazing!! Fits like a dream, 15 bucks. The thrift stores in La are insanely cheap. Expect more pics of my fave finds over the next few weeks...
